Does SimpliSent work on the Shopify Basic plan?
Yes. Shopify normally requires the paid Carrier-Calculated Shipping (CCS) API upgrade to show real carrier rates at checkout. SimpliSent shows accurate USPS rates on Basic and Grow without it, so you don't pay extra just to charge real shipping.
Why are my checkout rates wrong today?
Most bad quotes come from a flat rate or a default package size. Cost depends on the destination zone and the box's size and weight, so one number runs too high for nearby orders and too low for far or bulky ones. SimpliSent prices each order on those inputs instead.
Do I need carrier-calculated shipping?
Not for USPS. SimpliSent shows accurate USPS rates at checkout on every plan. UPS and FedEx ship from your dashboard at the label stage.
Will my tracking show up in Shopify?
Yes. When you buy a label, SimpliSent writes the tracking number back to the order. Your customer gets the normal Shopify shipping email.
Do my orders import automatically?
