Frequently asked questions

How do I ship with UPS?

You buy UPS labels right inside SimpliSent. Pick UPS at the label stage, print the label, and the tracking syncs back to your store.

Can customers see UPS rates at checkout?

Not yet. Today, USPS is the carrier that shows rates at checkout. You can still ship UPS by buying labels in your dashboard.

What UPS services are available?

You'll get UPS Ground, Ground Saver, and the full air lineup, including Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. International options include Worldwide Express, Saver, Expedited, and more.

Is there coverage if something goes wrong?

UPS shipments include up to $100 of declared value coverage by default. Declared value isn't insurance, so you'll need to show UPS was at fault to get paid. You can add more coverage when you make the label.
